Flying Tiger + Red Chief
"As each of my guitars is built, I'd like to think I give it life"--- Zi Guitar

Flying Tiger
There is nothing more satisfying than creating a unique piece of art that can be physically used and appreciated. Inspired by the American history and character of vintage guitars, I began to design and build my very first set of telecasters. The Flying tiger & The Red Chief.
I've always had a passion for vintage and art guitars. They each hold their own unique story, created by artworks or years of being played and carried from place to place. They tell stories of where they've been and the people who played them. So, I'm here, trying to recreate the vibe of vintage guitar with some instantly recognizable iconic images: the shark mouth flying tiger.

Red Chief
Another instantly recognizable iconic image is the red chief native American head design. I also used this design in my second build. Each of the guitars is a true, ‘one of a kind’ instrument, with unique artwork exquisitely and individually hand painted, Relic'd. For this art series build, I also adopted some modern material such carbon fiber neck for better stability with great consistency.
