Mahogany is considered as the cornerstone of tone woods, it's less dense than some other species, its medium weight and open grain produce both warmth and punch, de-emphasizing the bass register while accentuating the crucial midrange, which, after all, is the guitar’s home turf in the tonal
spectrum. Therefore, I decided to build this "Mahogany Twins'' telecaster set both with solid mahogany body, and this P90 Esquire with soap bar style P90 pickup to give a warmer and sweeter tone.
